Services - Video Tours
Are you tired of the fish-eye looking virtual tours on the internet where the potential client or guest has to actually move the mouse and zoom in and out to see anything. Try our true video tour for a new look. We can customize the background music and the features that you want highlighted.... !!!
Contact us now and after an initial conversation we will arrange to meet you at the property at your convenience (please ensure the subject property is properly staged) and we'll shoot only the footage that you specify. We can shoot the footage in 4:3 Standard or 16:9 Widescreen format.
We will then take the footage and create a professional looking video tour with smooth transitions and the selling features captions that you have specified. You will have your choice of "Royalty Free" background music, and we can include your logo at the start and end of the video if you so choose.
Once completed we can provide you with a basic CD/Rom containing the video tour so you can upload it to your own website. Please note that video files are quite large and will take up a lot of storage on your web server. If you can not put the video on your own website we are more then happy to "host" the video tour for you. You will be provided with the direct link to the video to incorporate into your website or to put in your advertisement. We can customize our video player to show your logo instead of ours.
